I found them pretty true to size, honestly. I wear an M in most brands (Lulu, Athleta) and their M fit great for the high-rise. They're pretty stretchy.

Mine took a little longer, like 9-10 days to upstate NY. I think there was a holiday though, so that might have slowed it down a bit. They usually ship from CA so it can take a bit to get across the country.
